Self Catering Holiday Cottage
The cottage sleeps 6 people in 3 rooms, the weekly rates from £430 – £550
3 night break week-end or midweek, £350 in winter or spring.

Breakfast and grocery packages can be arranged for your arrival.

In winter the first basket of logs is included. Bed linen and towels are provided

Wifi is available and free of charge. Parking for guests on site.

Children aged 4 and over are welcome.

No smoking within the property.

Arrival from 4pm or contact Sue to arrange a time which suits you, please check out by 10.30am.

Booking Terms and Conditions A deposit of £120 by cheque or bank transfer BACS will secure your dates,  if your booking is 3 weeks or less away payment for the full amount is required, any balances also within 6 weeks before your arrival by bank transfer BACS /cheque.
Visitors are requested to keep the cottage and all fixtures and fittings in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday and are asked to leave the cottage clean and tidy.

Liability: We don’t accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
Complaints: Any complaints should be directed to the proprietor who will attempt to resolve any problems to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

Cancellation: In the unfortunate event of cancelling, the deposit of £120 is forfeited. It is recommended you take out your own cancellation insurance. Please ring and speak to Sue if you have any questions or requirements.
